With a voice like Apathy and production like Kanye it's gotta be good. I'll admit, before hearing this album I knew nothing about Wade Waters or this album, now, this is one of my favorite albums. Super lyrical and great flow, I don't know how I overlooked this guy. The production is great on this album. There is a lot of vocal sampling which makes you think of Kanye but also Common Market style trumpets and brass instruments. Chicago's best kept secret is here. There a some great featured guests on this album too, most notably AZ, who puts in one of his best verses on "Speak On It". You will not regret clicking the download button. Theres not much to say except listen to it. If you like Kanye style production (and I think most of us do) and lyrical rappers then you'll love this album. Don't get me wrong, this album isn't one dimensional on the production level, there are clear influences from RZA, Premo and 9th Wonder.
Overall: 8/10
Standout Tracks: Speak On It, Wanna Be Free, Who But Me.
